lethal (with Df(3R)T-61)
CskS030003/CskS030003 somatic clones in third instar wings or eye discs are small only and rarely survive in pupal eye discs at 42 hours after puparium formation.
Homozygous mutant clones in the eye produced severely overgrown eyes. Eyes have about 894 ommatidia, compared to about 687 in wild-type.
Lethality acts in the pupal and pharate adult stages.

Cskj1D8, Stat92Ej6C8 mutant eyes are smaller than eyes mutant for Cskj1D8 or Stat92Ej6C8 alone. In addition, adult eyes are frequently fragmented, with scars and/or patches of eye tissue separated by patches of cuticle.
Lethality is revertable on excision of the P{lacW}.
