Flies expressing LIMK1D522A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4T80 have small, malformed wings. Their legs are malformed, with the femur being bent and twisted, while the tibia is often shorter than normal and twisted. Flies co-expressing LIMK1Scer\UAS.cCa and LIMK1D522A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E have normal wings. Approximately 5% of flies expressing LIMK1D522A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB have a malformed leg phenotype.
