The cell size in pupal (2hr after pupariation) midgut somatic clones expressing TSG101GD14295 under the control of Scer\GAL4Scer\FRT.Rnor\Cd2.Act5C is significantly increased but the cells contain fewer Atg8a puncta compared to control cells.

The expression of TSG101GD14295 under the control of Scer\GAL4c564 does not lead to significant changes in the average adult fat body cell size, as compared to controls.

Expression of Scer\GAL4C-765>TSG101GD14295 does not induce any obvious abnormalities.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR results in late pupal lethality.
