Expression of smoPKA12.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4C-765 results in a partial fusion of vein L3 and L4.

Expression of smoPKA12.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in wing fusion between veins L3 and L4 of the adult wing.

Expression of Scer\GAL4C-765>smoPKA12.Scer\UAS causes a reproducible wing phenotype with partial fusion between wing veins L3 and L4.

Expression of smoPKA12.Scer\UAS in the imaginal wing disc, under the control of Scer\GAL4C-765 leads to a 'fused wing' phenotype.
