    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

Fas3A142 embryos do not have intersegmental nerve branch ISNb motor axon innervation defects.

The stage 15 embryonic hindguts of Fas3A142 homozygotes, or Fas3A142/Fas3k07109b or Fas3A142/Fas3E25 transheterozygotes have a lower angle of curvature, as compared to controls.

Fas3A142 homozygous cell clones within a Fas3A142 heterozygote background in third instar larval wing discs have rounded clone boundaries, in contrast to control clones that have jagged boundaries.

The epithelium of the dorsal wing hinge primordium in Fas3A142 homozygote third instar larval wing discs has an apparently normal fold morphology, as compared to controls.
