The phenotype of reduced microchaetae on the notum which is caused by expression of dxScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 at 19[o]C is enhanced by co-expression of Hip1Scer\UAS.cMa, such that microchaetae are almost completely eliminated in the region of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 expression.
