        Scer\GAL4GMR.PF, DlScer\UAS.cJa flies that are also heterozygous for Hr38d10593 have a smaller eye with loss of pigmentation, more disorganized ommatidia, and a further reduction in the number of cone cells per ommatidium compared to Scer\GAL4GMR.PF, DlScer\UAS.cJa flies.

        Hr38d10593/+ results in suppression of the Scer\GAL4bbg-C96, DlD.Scer\UAS wing notching phenotype.
