Expression of Pop2HM05235 (together with UAS-Dicer2 to enhance RNAi efficiency) under the control of Scer\GAL4bam.T:Hsim\VP16 results in highly penetrant tumorigenic phenotype due to spermatogonial overgrowth in adult testes.
