Detailed Description
Statement

Expression of Hsap\FOXN1Scer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4Sgs4.PH does not result in alterations in the morphology of the polytene chromosomes or the nucleolus in larval salivary glands.

Expression of Hsap\FOXN1Scer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB at 18[o]C results in the macrochaetae being very long, pale and fragile. The phenotype is more apparent when the flies are continuously bred at 30[o]C.

Statement
Reference

Expression of Hsap\FOXN1Scer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB does not rescue the jumuD631 or jumu3.4 homozygous phenotype; most animals die as young larvae and only a few escapers reach the third larval stage.
