The defect in the hypoxia escape response that is seen in Gyc-89Dae01821 larvae is rescued by expression of Gyc-89DbScer\UAS.cVa under the control of either Scer\GAL4Gyc-89Da.1.9 or Scer\GAL4Gyc-89Db.3.4.

The failure to change larval exploratory behaviour that is seen in Gyc-89Dae01821 larvae downshifted from 21 to 15% oxygen is rescued by expression of Gyc-89DbScer\UAS.cVa under the control of Scer\GAL4Gyc-89Da.1.9, but is not rescued by expression of Gyc-89DbScer\UAS.cVa under the control of Scer\GAL4Gyc-89Db.3.4.

The defect in the hypoxia escape response that is seen in Gyc-89DbMB03197 larvae is rescued by expression of Gyc-89DbScer\UAS.cVa under the control of either Scer\GAL4Gyc-89Da.1.9 or Scer\GAL4Gyc-89Db.3.4.

The failure to change larval exploratory behaviour that is seen in Gyc-89DbMB03197 larvae downshifted from 21 to 19% oxygen or upshifted from 21 to 25% oxygen is rescued by expression of Gyc-89DbScer\UAS.cVa under the control of Scer\GAL4Gyc-89Db.3.4, but is not rescued by expression of Gyc-89DbScer\UAS.cVa under the control of Scer\GAL4Gyc-89Da.1.9.
