      Co-expression of PGRP-LBScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-YFP and PGRP-SC2Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA results in increased midgut hyperplasia compared to controls. This increase in hyperplasia is not observed when the flies are maintained in axenic conditions.

      Co-expression of PGRP-LBScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-YFP and PGRP-SC2Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA suppresses the increased intestinal hyperplasia seen in LamD395/LamK2 mutant flies.
