      Expression of Rack1Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG,T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.PB partially rescues the reduction in autolysosome number and size seen in the fat body cells of Rack11.8 mutant larvae. The reduction in cytoplasmic area covered by autophagic structures is also partially rescued, as is the depletion of glycogen stores.
