      In combination with neuroblast driver ScerGAL4insc-Mz1407, which drives expression in all neuroblasts, use of ScerGAL80ase.PZ restricts expression of a UAS target to type II neuroblast lineages by inhibiting ScerGAL4insc-Mz1407 expression in type I neuroblasts.
