Expression of insbT:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4sd.PU results in loss of wing margin.
Expression of insbScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr.PU leads to bristle loss (associated with a transformation of external cells into internal cells) and bristle tufts (due to an excess of SOPs). The bristle loss phenotype is associated with an increased density of sensory organs in the dorso-central region of the notum and a transformation of sense organ cells into neurons.
Scer\GAL4sd.PU, insbUAS.GFP has visible | adult stage phenotype, non-suppressible by insv23B
Scer\GAL4sd.PU, insbUAS.GFP has wing phenotype, non-suppressible by insv23B
insv23B does not suppress the wing defects seen when insbScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4sd.PU.
