Flies expressing Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF have slightly rough eyes.

Flies expressing Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E have a few additional veins in the posterior part of the wing.

Flies expressing Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF have slight defects in ommatidial organisation with occasional loss of misoriented bristles.

Flies expressing Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of either Scer\GAL4srp.D.cCa or Scer\GAL4hs.PB show reduced resistance to infection by P.aeruginosa (both the cytotoxic CHA strain and the mutant CHA::exsA strain) (infection by septic injury).

Flies expressing Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4yolk show wild-type levels of resistance to infection by P.aeruginosa(both the cytotoxic CHA strain and the mutant CHA::exsA strain) (infection by septic injury).

Flies expressing Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of either Scer\GAL4srp.D.cCa or Scer\GAL4da.G32 show reduced resistance to oral infection by the P.aeruginosa CHA strain.

Flies expressing Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4srp.D.cCa show reduced phagocytosis of injected bacteria compared to control flies (when assayed 40 minutes after injection).

Flies expressing Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of either Scer\GAL4srp.D.cCa or Scer\GAL4da.G32 show reduced resistance to infection by S.aureus (infection by septic injury).

Circulating plasmatocytes from third instar larvae expressing Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4srp.D.cCa or Scer\GAL4crq.PU show a reduced phagocytic index (for dead E.coli and dead S.aureus) compared to control plasmatocytes.

Co-expression of Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS suppresses the rough eye phenotype caused by expression of Rac2Scer\UAS.cARa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.

Co-expression of Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS suppresses the wing phenotype caused by expression of Rac2Scer\UAS.cARa under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E.

The increased sensitivity to P.aeruginosa following oral infection that is seen in flies expressing Rac2Scer\UAS.cARa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 is suppressed by co-expression of Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS.

The viability of flies expressing Rac1Scer\UAS.cLa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF is enhanced to 50% by co-expression of Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS. In addition, the eye morphology of the surviving adults is restored towards wild type.

Co-expression of Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF restores the eye morphology to wild type in Cdc42GMR.PN flies.

Co-expression of Zzzz\ExoSGAP.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF restores the eye morphology to wild type in Rho1GMR.PH flies.
