The expression of Arf79FScer\UAS.RNAi-resistant, either under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PU alone or under the combined control of Scer\GAL4GSG2295 and RU486 treatment from mid-third instar larval stage onwards, leads to dorsal multidendritic ddaC neurons exhibiting no obvious defects in the dendritic arborization at the white pupa stage or in dendrite pruning at 16h-18h after puparium formation, as compared to controls.

The co-expression of Arf79FScer\UAS.RNAi-resistant suppresses both the simplified dendritic arborization at the white pupa stage and the pruning defects at 16h-18h after puparium formation observed in dorsal multidendritic ddaC neurons expressing Sec71HMS00357 under the combined control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PU and Dicer-2 transgene.
The co-expression of Arf79FScer\UAS.RNAi-resistant fully rescues the dendritic arborization and dendrite pruning defects of dorsal multidendritic ddaC neurons resulting from the expression of Arf79FGD12522 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PU in combination with Dicer-2 transgene.
