UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the GAP domain of cv-c. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with a Tag:PH(PLCδ-Unk) membrane localization signal and at the C-terminal end with Venus.
Expressing cv-cGAP.UAS.Tag:PH(PLCδ-Unk).Venus under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU results in disrupted planar polarity in the embryonic epidermis, while expression under the control of Scer\GAL469B leads to morphological aberrations in embryonic salivary glands.
Scer\GAL4en.PU, cv-cGAP.UAS.Tag:PH(PLCδ-Unk).Venus has abnormal planar polarity | embryonic stage phenotype, suppressible by Rho1V14.UAS, Scer\GAL4en.PU
Scer\GAL4en.PU, cv-cGAP.UAS.Tag:PH(PLCδ-Unk).Venus has abnormal planar polarity | embryonic stage phenotype, non-suppressible by Rac1V12.UAS, Scer\GAL4en.PU
Scer\GAL4en.PU, cv-cGAP.UAS.Tag:PH(PLCδ-Unk).Venus has embryonic epidermis phenotype, suppressible by Rho1V14.UAS, Scer\GAL4en.PU
Scer\GAL4en.PU, cv-cGAP.UAS.Tag:PH(PLCδ-Unk).Venus has embryonic epidermis phenotype, non-suppressible by Rac1V12.UAS, Scer\GAL4en.PU
