Expressing DhprUAS.Tag:HA under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA does not seem to affect mitochondria size in the third instar larval fat body (as assessed by MitoGFP).
Expressing DhprUAS.Tag:HA under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR results in a small but significant decrease in adult climbing ability, but does not have an obvious effect in the thorax muscles; muscle mitochondria also do not show obvious defects.
