UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of 'uN2C', a small upstream open reading frame (ORF) in the 5'UTR of the Hsap\NOTCH2NLC gene. The uN2C coding sequence contains an expanded poly-glycine repeat of 100 residues . The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP.
