Under constant darkness conditions: the expression of CG12344JF02149 under the control of Scer\GAL4Clk.2341 leads to a small but significant decrease in circadian period, but to insignificant changes in the proportion of rhythmic individuals, as compared to controls; expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Clk.1.5 leads to a significant decrease in the proportion of rhythmic individuals, but to insignificant changes in circadian period, as compared to controls; expression under the combined control of Scer\GAL4cry.PE and Scer\GAL80Pdf.PS leads to insignificant changes in circadian period or in the proportion of rhythmic individuals, as compared to controls; expression under the combined control of Scer\GAL4Mai179 and Scer\GAL80Pdf.PS leads to significant decreases in circadian period and in the proportion of rhythmic individuals, as compared to controls.

Under constant darkness conditions: the triple co-expression of CG12344JF02149, GrdGD2702 and CG7589JF02437 under the control of Scer\GAL4Clk.2341 enhances the small decrease in circadian period observed upon the single expression of CG12344JF02149; triple co-expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Clk.1.5 suppresses the small increase in circadian period observed upon the single expression of GrdGD2702, even leading to a significant decrease in period as compared to controls, and enhances the decreased proportion of rhythmic individuals conditions observed upon the single expression of either CG12344JF02149 or CG7589JF02437; triple co-expression under the combined control of Scer\GAL4Mai179 and Scer\GAL80Pdf.PS leads to a similar decrease in circadian period as upon the single expression of GrdGD2702 and to similar decreases in the proportion of rhythmic individuals conditions as upon the single expression of CG12344JF02149 or CG7589JF02437.
