Expression of rokcat.Scer\UAS at low levels under the control of Scer\GAL469B results in a rough-eye phenotype. Expression at higher levels results in lethality.

Expression of rokcat.Scer\UAS at low levels in the posterior wing disc under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E results in missing crossveins. Expression at higher levels results in lethality.

Expression of rokcat.Scer\UAS in the wing disc margin under the control of Scer\GAL4Cy6 results in notched-wings.

Expression of rokcat.Scer\UAS in the eye disc under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PU or Scer\GAL4GMR.PU both results in a rough-eye phenotype.

Expression of rokcat.Scer\UAS in the embryonic nervous system under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU does not affect ventral nerve cord morphology.
