Expression of LdhKK102330 under the control of Scer\GAL4NP0001 in axenic flies (colonized with Lp isolated from PGRP-SDsk1 mutants) leads to a decreased occurrence of cell division while it does not lead to any changes in the lifespan of flies when compared to controls.

Number of midgut cells per MARCM clone expressing LdhKK102330 under the control of Scer\GAL4Tub.PU is significantly less than control adults under calorie-restricted condition.

Expression of ImpL3KK102330 under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU does not result in a significant change in size of the third instar wing disc posterior compartment, as compared to controls.
