ptc16/+ enhances the increase in the number of campaniform sensilla (CS) along wing vein 3 seen in Su(fu)LP homozygotes (both the average number of CS and the fraction of wings with aberrant numbers of CS is increased).

One copy of Su(fu)LP enhances the wing phenotypes seen when Gmap29B3 is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4sd.PU.

The severity of the mutant eye phenotype caused by expression of two copies of MlfScer\UAS.cFa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF is increased by Su(fu)LP/Su(fu)LP.

sgg32 Su(fu)LP double mutant clones in the anterior of the wing organise the formation of a duplicated wing. The double mutant cells form ectopic sensory bristles. Most of the duplicated wing is derived from wild-type cells.

Most egg chambers of Sxlf4 ; Su(fu)LP females contain degenerating germ cells, which appear to detach from the follicle cell layer.

The addition of Su(fu)LP driven by Scer\GAL4C-765 partially rescues the ptcConf-1 phenotypes. the lethality is rescued, and the wing develops normally except for occasional costa supplications.

Somatic stem cell clones in the ovary homozygous for both Pka-C1H2 and Su(fu)LP induce extensive follicle cell over proliferation, mis-placed oocytes (28%) and aberrant oocyte polarity (28%).

The phenotype of fu1 in a Su(fu)LP/Su(fu)LP background is wild type. The phenotype of fu1 in a Su(fu)LP/+ background is characterised by an absence of the crossvein between wing veins L3 and L4. The addition of Dvir\Su(fu)cDa to fu1 flies that are either heterozygous for Su(fu)LP or are Su(fu)+ results in an increase in fusions of wing veins L3 and L4.

fu41; Su(fu)LP/+ wing imaginal discs show overgrowth of the anterior compartment.

Moderately enhances the effect of ptcS2 and Pka-C1B3 mutant clones enhancing the displacement of vein 2 from the anterior edge of the mutant clone and the number of ectopic sensillae induced. A similar effect occurs between veins 2 and 3.

fuRX2; Su(fu)LP/+ flies have a lethal cos-like phenotype. fuRX2 saufP4; Su(fu)LP/+ flies are viable with a fu phenotype.
