Expression of CG15283GD13108 using Scer\GAL4hs.2sev results in planar cell polarity (PCP)-abnormalities in ommatidia.

Scer\GAL4en-e16E>CG15283GD13108 induces wing hair abnormalities.

Expression of CG15283GD13108 under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E results in wing hair orientation defects.

Expression of CG15283GD13108 under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in wing hair orientation defects.

Flies expressing CG15283GD13108 under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 display normal ommatidia and wing patterning.

Adults expressing CG15283GD13108 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.

Flies expressing CG15283GD13108 under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E in a pkpk-sple-13/+ genetic background display wild-type wing hair polarity.

dgo380/+ causes wing hair whirls in 89% of flies expressing CG15283GD13108 under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E. The enhancement of the CG15283GD13108 planar cell polarity (PCP)-phenotype by dgo380 is particularly robust.

The dshhs.sev.B gain-of-function planar cell polarity (PCP)-phenotype is markedly suppressed by the expression of CG15283GD13108 via Scer\GAL4hs.2sev.

The dsh1 planar cell polarity (PCP) phenotype in the eye is strongly enhanced by the expression of CG15283GD13108 under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.2sev.
